Below are some fond memories, humorous anecdotes, and other tales of interest regarding the Faces and Places in Marjorie's life:

Caracas, Venezuela ~ I have very view memories of Caracas but one that comes to mind is of my older sister, Cydnee, causing me to fall down a flight of stairs in our apartment complex.  (Whether this was done intentionally I am not sure but I have a strong feeling that it was not accidental.)  I still have a small scar on my chin in the shape of two baby teeth!  (Tattle Tale submitted by Leslie Keffler, daughter)

Calgary, Alberta ~ The first time that I met you and the only time that I met Uncle Geoff was in Canada .  We were on  our way to join Mummy & Ang who were living in Vancouver in 1962 . I remember Dad saying to Malcolm and myself, "Look ahead of you, there is your Mum's brother and his wife."  'Brown Cow' was there also.  My Dad's actual words were,  "There is  Geoff and Marj."  You had blonde hair and today I have NO hair!  (Remembrance submitted by Roger)

Caracas, Venezuela ~ In 1958 I visited you and Uncle Geoff in Caracas.  You took me to the Hotel Humbolt, via the teleferico - what a memorable evening. During that visit your home (and the city of Las Mercedes) was flooded. I remember the maid, Victoria, afraid of the water climbing on top of the washing machine.  (Memory submitted by Barbara Hitchins, niece)

Caracas, Venezuela ~ As a young boy, I always remember 'my Barb' going to Caracas to visit you and Uncle Geoff.  I remember her telling us about how high the water was and how Uncle Geoff flicked his ash from a cigarette into the ash tray that was floating in the water.  We saw the pictures of the water marks on the wall and of the wonderful time she spent with you all in Venezuela.  (Anecdote submitted by Roger, grand-nephew)
